Bugs with Forum!

As you all have noticed maybe if you been on this week there are pletny of bugs happening in the forum, such as when you click members it will goto the index etc so I am looking to get this figured out soon, also there is a huge update I will be talking about soon

Hey! I need some of you to answer Should there be a better looking flash banner like the one above but better or is it good enough! Sortah thinking of adding some Saints row image to it and farcry image to it but it may kill the look thats why I am looking for your answers should it be redisigned or nope?
