It states, the xbox 360 overheated and killed the kid, but it was the towel trick the kid was doing and it then over heated the power brick on the 360 and started a massive fire which then led to the living room engulfed in flames... which then later the kid died in.
Their lawsuit stated the console overheated in 2004 but it was actually in 2005 during the launch of the 360, tthier lawyer mistated the date and the parents of the kid won the lawsuit after the corrections were completed
